terrible like most dealerships ... took 3 weeks to reach out to me by then car was sold...SMDH

Was told the vehicle I wanted was ready to test drive,
Was told the vehicle I wanted was ready to test drive, when I left work to see it, it turned out to be an entirely different vehicle in the wrong color. When I tried to explain the vehicles I was comparing, Megan told me I wasn't a serious customer because they were too different (actually, all 3 were German sedans). Trying to get a lease offer was like pulling teeth, and the dealer manager refused to answer any followup questions. Stay far away from Audi dealerships.
