Never heard back by email nor by text nor by phone call after placing my inquiry. This suggests to me that this dealership is not interested in my business. I will be buying a vehicle in the next 10 days…

My Q7 has been there for almost 3 weeks. They are not interested in fixing it because I have a caravan extended warranty I love my audi and would have bought a new one but would never trust this dealership…they offer no service. Beware. Service sucks!,,

update: Audi of Memphis must think i am stupid. I got called saying they will personally deliver my vehicle anywhere I choose but I'd have to pay $3000 for the oil separator which I was told the reason my truck would not start...mind you that I drove the truck to Audi and it had been working fine before they tampered with it and they still haven't fixed my A/C which is what I initially brought it in for. They told me that I could come in and purchase the compressor for my A/C. They all need firing.
