Horrible! Told me to commit INSURANCE FRAUD instead of correcting the issue. This dealership sold me a CPO vehicle, dirty on test drive but assured me all was good. Came to find a chip in the windshield. Apparently tried to be repaired previously, so cannot be fixed. They have ignored requests for months for a windshield and told me to call my insurance company, which is fraud!

Buyer beware! This Audi dealership sold me a 2015 TT that they didn't tell me had electrical, ac/heat, and convertible top problems worth about $10k. I figured out within a week of owning it that it had these problems. (I'm from out of the area) I contacted them several times. No one returned my calls or emails. I called the Audi headquarters; they contacted them and were ignored. My local Audi contacted them to help me; they too were ignored. I drove it for 5 months, then it quit working altogether. It was a birthday gift and I'm now stuck with a car that doesn't run. The dealership won't fix what they should have fixed to begin with - shame on them! They are xxxxxxxx! Do Not buy a car here!
