Will forever be amazed how Jamar, the finance guy, cheated me and how Peter Haub backed him up. Shame on BOA for not being able to do anything about it. Never buy a car from them!! .....Jamar and Peter is are disgusting people.....what they do is criminal. hope the FTC gets them.....this is truly a case for them.

Audi Trust
In this day and age with money the bottom line , and service is minimal, and you feel captured and frustrated because you made the mistake of spending your money on this product, this is how I feel about this Audi Service Department. The person I deal with is impertinent and borderline rude and I feel any opportunity that exists to unnecessarily charge me will be taken. My trust, bottomline is gone. I should not feel this way about anybody I do business with. Unfortunately, I do. It was pointed out to me by the Representative that paying is a reality. If I pay, I just want to be treated respectfully and fairly and not be charged extra for oversights in service or gauging.
