I bought a used audi and paid for it in full , then had it shipped to MA. It arrived dead and damaged. had to take the delivery trailer to a local dealership to get it off the transport only to discover it was badly damaged. audi oklahoma has yet to respond to my local collision center about repairing the damage. very poor customer service and communication. My worst car buying experience in 35 years. stay away...
