Do not buy or lease from this dealership. I leased a new car from them, and as part of the agreement they were supposed to take my previous leased vehicle and return it to the original dealership. They never returned the car, and by the time I found out, my credit had been seriously damaged. Since then, they have been unresponsive and not helpful in resolving the issue. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience

We also received and provided you with documentation confirming the grounding provided to us by your bank, including proof of payment. Based on the information available to us, it appears the remaining issue may be related to processing on the lender’s side rather than any action—or inaction—by our dealership. We understand how stressful credit-related matters can be, and our intention has always been to assist and provide transparency throughout the process.
