Excellent service visit.
17 Nov 22 brought my Audi A5 in for 70K service. Immediately greeted by service rep Shijil "Joe" Varghese. Joe is professional, soft-spoken and customer-oriented. We ran down the list of things I wanted and he explained all the things the dealership will do as part of their services. He kept me informed of the service department's progress. I was provided a video of the multi-point inspection on my cellphone and was very pleased with my treatment. Car is running great! Thank you Joe and service department crew for their help!
