Audi Queens DMV Fee Scam!!
I had a negative experience at Audi Queens. I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Queens for NJ registration. They overcharged me for DMV fees. Before purchasing the vehicle, they stated that ANY overcharge for DMV fees will be REFUNDED to me. After receiving my DMV receipt, I’ve noticed they overcharged me around $200. So the refund check arrives from Audi Queens and it was only for $29! I contacted the sales manager Justin Liu about the discrepancy to which he was unable to explain why the refund was only $29 at first. The second day he stated everyone is charged the same amount for out of state plate (never mentioned on contract or verbally communicated through the whole purchase process) and ended with “there’s nothing I can do for you.” He was also extremely rude and unprofessional. So if you also purchased a car here, please look at your contract and compare it with the real cost on DMV receipt. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. They have no business ethics.

Broke deal and sold car to someone else
I recently negotiated a deal to buy an a 2019 Audi sq5 I was suppose to wire money this morning however late yesterday I called to requested the routing number and was informed that even though we had an arrangement and deal it had been sold because they took a credit app even when they had an existing deal, my credit had been ran at the local credit union, dinging my credit and preparations for transfer had already been made. The sales rep informed me management had went around his back and made another deal. Be careful when making a deal or dealing with this dealership! I'm sure the other buyer got hosed...
