I’ve been a long time customer and to be honest service hasn’t been that great however this time I can say service was excellent which should be standard for luxury car brand.

Manuel Coccaro, the sales rep, was very professional and courteous. Before the test drive he went over the sticker going thru the features and patiently answering my questions very thoroughly. He knew the car. During the test he went out of his way allowing me experience the vehicle. The sales process was very smooth with Manuel and his managers. The next day the final sales process was smooth and professional and the car was ready. Manuel said I can cdll him anytime regarding the car. I appreciate his sincerity. As to the dealership. I could tell it was very well run and respectful and professional
