As I sat at Lou Stomel’s desk signing on my new Audi, I couldn’t help but think I was staring at Real Madrid’s trophy case!!! There is a reason Lou has won so many accolades. Lou was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly honest through my buying process. Lou was extremely communicative both pre and post purchase. He was quick to answer any questions, and if he didn’t have an immediate answer, he got back in touch promptly as he had promised. We had genuine conversations about more than just Audi, which additionally affirmed my trust in Lou and the process. I was going through a rough patch in my life at the time of purchase, and Lou and the team at Audi made the purchase one less thing that my family had to worry about.
