Horrible horrible dealership. Unprofessional to say the least from the manager down to employees they are crooks! Dont trust them don’t think if you drop off your car they will give you a rental. They will take your money and still not fix the issues. I called corporate Audi they are just as bad. I would never recommend anyone purchasing from Rochester Audi. If you do your in for a ride
