Excellent service. Michaela was wonderful. The loaner car was great. My car was ready when promised. The car had been washed and vacuumed and it looked great.

A very disappointing experience.The repairs took a lot longer than expected and there was minimal communication from our maintenance representative throughout the weeklong ordeal. I?ve brought my car to Westwood Audio twice before and never had any issues throughout those quick repair processes. However, this time was completely different. It took nearly a week to determine why my safety light was on. Then, when my car was ready for pick up, I learn my car key had been lost. They were nice enough to provide me a loaner car while the looked for it. However, when I came back a second time to pick-up my ?repaired? car, after driving away, I learned the buttons on the steering wheel no longer work. I immediately return to the dealership and wait another hour for them to resolve this issue. My technical rep explained that the reason the buttons weren?t working was because the technician is new or something to that degree that he is still on a learning curve. Overall, this experience was terrible and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would not come back here again for repairs or to purchase a new car.

Very Nice staff , Excellent professional and timely services. Easy to make appointment on-line and reasonable prices. The waiting area is clean and coffee is good.
