Buyer beware - this dealership will try to scam you if possible. I bought two cars from this dealership and have had experience with them since 2011. My most recent car was an a5 that was in their possession up until the time they sold it to me (it was a loaner and/or fleet vehicle, I’ve been told several different stories at this point). Needless to say, when I went to sell this car recently, I got the CarFax. I was appalled to find out that there was an accident on this vehicle reported a few months before it came into my possession. Suspiciously, the accident “wasn’t reported until 2017” (which I’ve also been told several different stories about why this could happen from several of their employees). Upon receiving the carfax, I called Audi Natick immediately and was told “they’d get back to me”. I’ve called several times since then and have only received the run around from every person I have spoken to. Two days ago was my EIGHTH time calling since September 6th, I spoke with Chris who is supposedly the top sales manager at Audi Natick. He was “so sorry” for the incident and “was going to look into it” and PROMISED he would get back to me that same day. Do you all think I heard back from him based on this story? No would be the answer. I am going to filing a complaint at this point with both Audi and the Better Business Bureau, because there is absolutely no reason this dealership did not know about this accident upon selling the car to me. Of course, upon 0 response from this dealership I went to another Audi dealership and was surprised that my experience with their customer service team was night and day from my experience at Audi Natick. I wanted to share my story here to warn customers about buying cars from this dealership, especially pre-owned. My mother also bought a certified pre-owned q3 which was basically brand new and mysteriously the turbo FAILED within less than five years of the vehicle being manufactured, and was told that “sometimes these things happen” without any other explanation even after asking several questions. I am sure this dealership will respond to this review reputing these facts and/or telling me to reach out to them, which believe me, I will continue to do. BEWARE of Audi Natick!!!!!!!!
Great trade-in experience

I just traded my Q5 in for a Q8 and it was a great experience. I contacted Jamie again (he sold me the Q5 last year) and the process was very easy. We felt no pressure to close the deal, but the since the trade-in value and cost of the new car seemed fair, we decided to go for it. Everything went smoothly, from selecting the right model, test driving it, getting the trade-in evaluated and doing the paperwork. I've been very happy with the car, Audi Natick and Jamie since buying the Q5 and now with the upgrade to the Q8. I would definitely go back if we decide to get another Audi.
