I worked with Alan parsons and bough a used Audi Q5. The process went so smoothly. Alan was not pushy at all. He took care of every little thing I asked him to do with the car and made the inside of the 2013 look like new! They were also very careful about covid. They had extra gloves and masks in a basket readily available. Really happy with this dealership!

Was on vacation and saw an S4 come up for sale here. My mechanic knew the car and said it was solid. I spoke to Jay at length a few times. Tried to put a deposit on it and Jay talked me out of it promising he would hold it 2 days until I came back. He sold it the next day. "TRUST ME" "YOU HAVE MY WORD" "I PROMISE WE WON'T SELL IT" Just another shady used car salesman.

I had an exceptional experience at Audi of Cape Cod. Mark in the Business office was very friendly , knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained all of the paperwork. Brent was an exceptional Audi Brand Specialist who took the time to review all of the SQ5 options as well as set up the entire vehicle including my media. The facility is state of art and the Audi greeter was very friendly . This was an overall perfect experience and I will be returning in the future.
