I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership and had an extremely disappointing experience with my salesperson, Peter Matton. I am writing this review to inform other customers to proceed with caution, especially regarding the financial details of their lease. I put 15000 dollars down on my Audi Q7 Premium Plus and still ended up with an 840 dollar monthly payment for a 36 month lease. After reviewing my contract and comparing it with market standards, I learned that this structure is far outside the normal range. A large down payment normally reduces the monthly payment significantly. Instead, I was given a lease that should have cost far less and was financially disadvantageous from every angle. I was not informed of the money factor used, the true adjusted capitalized cost, or the presence of any markups. Key financial terms were not explained to me, and essential information required for an informed decision was not volunteered. When a customer is putting 15000 dollars down, transparency should be the minimum standard. This dealership placed me in a lease that resembles what someone would pay for the highest trim level with zero down, even though my vehicle is not the Prestige model. The numbers simply do not add up, and the difference is not small. I have since shown the details of my lease to individuals familiar with automotive financing, and every one of them noted multiple red flags. I expected honesty and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling misled and taken advantage of financially. I strongly encourage anyone considering a lease here to demand a full lease worksheet, confirm the money factor and residual value, and avoid putting a large amount down unless every term is clearly explained and documented. I would not recommend working with Peter Matton based on my experience.
