BUYER BEWARE Purchased 2025 Volvo XC 40 less than 5
BUYER BEWARE Purchased 2025 Volvo XC 40 less than 5 months ago, brand new off the lot. The radio stops working once per week. The service center politely tells you that there is a fix coming for this known issue January 2026. I won’t hold my breath… and now I don’t have any heat! My vehicle is garage kept! I got in the vehicle this morning and the screen won’t turn on, it is locked on the screen stating use heat from drive! The heated steering wheel, nor the heated seats will turn on because the system is frozen. I called Volvo service and they sent me a $429 estimated service bill for my appointment tomorrow! Are you kidding me? BUYER BEWARE RUN. This car has had nothing but problems. The system constantly turns on AC if you use the heat as it says the infotainment system overheating.

After a national search for a gently-used used Audi Q6 Prestige from my home in CA, I have been working with Ourisman Volvo Audi of Frederick MD and the experience has been truly great! That includes pricing transparency and fairness, excellent communication, and patience and help through the cross-country purchase process. Absent from it all has been the pressure and make-a-few-extra-bucks deception that are too often part of the car-buying experience. Sold me a minivan with a faulty TPMS that came on while
Sold me a minivan with a faulty TPMS that came on while we were taking it home. Gave me the runaround for a week before having me drive an hour to take care of the issue. But, they just reset it and it came on again on the way home. Lousy experience and poor treatment.
