⭐ 1-Star Google Review – Audi of Lafayette ⭐ We purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 from Audi of Lafayette on April 23, 2025, and within just two weeks, the engine oil light came on. Since then, the vehicle has required 3 separate oil top-offs in less than 1,500 miles. After bringing it back to the dealership multiple times, they confirmed that the engine needs new pistons—a $7,000 repair. This is not routine maintenance. It’s a major internal defect that clearly existed before we bought the car. When we voiced our concern, we were told we would need to pay out-of-pocket for repairs. Audi of America also refused to help. We feel completely misled and abandoned by both the dealership and the manufacturer, despite being responsible buyers who trusted we were purchasing a safe, dependable vehicle. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I strongly urge anyone considering buying a used vehicle from Audi of Lafayette to get a third-party mechanic inspection before signing anything.
