I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used
I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

Audi service is awful.
Audi service is awful. We dropped our car off because there was an issue after driving it on the interstate. When coming off and driving 35 and below there would be a huge pause when trying to go after a stop. They took the car for a drive and told us they went over 10 miles, they only went .6 of a mile. We were told it was the gas we were using and us not driving it correctly. Our salesman Robert was wonderful to deal with, great guy. It seems like no one can trouble shoot a car any longer. If it’s not on a bulletin they can’t figure it out. I have since sold the car with 7500 miles. The guy who bought it found two broken wires and the issue is fixed.
