Subject: Terrible Experience with Napleton Audi I wanted to share my experience with Napleton Audi because it was extremely disappointing. Despite our initial excitement over the car we purchased, our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and I have owned and taken my 6 different Audi’s here for service. We bought a used car under the assurance that it had been thoroughly inspected. However, within half a mile of leaving the lot, issues started cropping up. The tire pressure needed immediate attention, which was manageable, but it was followed by the oil change light and a malfunctioning rear tail light. Upon returning to the dealership, they acknowledged the oversight with the oil change but failed to fix it properly despite multiple attempts. The most concerning issue was with the rear tail light. They informed us that fixing it would cost an exorbitant $1500, insisting we change both bulbs even though only one was out. The service department admitted this should have been addressed before selling us the car, adding to our frustration. Our salesman, Malin Iskrenov, initially promised to help resolve these issues but has since become unresponsive. Despite numerous calls, he has not returned any of our messages. He claimed he would speak with the used car manager on our behalf, but there has been no follow-up whatsoever. I regretfully advise anyone considering a purchase to avoid [Dealership Name] entirely. Our experience has been thoroughly unpleasant, and we have found Westmont to be far more courteous and helpful in our subsequent interactions. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Take your business to Westmont or elsewhere where customer service and integrity are valued.

We were looking for a specific make and model used car. This dealership had one that ticked all the boxes. Our salesperson, Amy Brooks, went through all the information she had on the car and addressed all of our questions/requests. She worked with us throughout the car buying process — providing conscientious and professional customer service that was by far the best we’ve received in any car buying purchase.
