We made an appointment to see and drive a car. Christian Porras and France Champassak gave us exceptional service. We were on a time crunch to get to the credit union before they closed so that we could buy the car in cash. The two of them did a great job explaining things thoroughly and getting our paperwork together quickly. We were very pleased with the car until the battery needed to be replaced three days after purchase. My daughter asked specifically about the age of the battery before we purchased too. Fortunately, the battery went dead when she was in our driveway, but this small thing causes me to not recommend this dealership.

This is the 2nd Audi that I’ve bought from McGrath Audi Morton Grove, and once again it was a wonderful experience. Truly great people to work with. Vaden and Antonio in sales, and Rehmon in Finance are all very friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this dealership.
