Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

I purchased an extended warranty on our Q7.
I purchased an extended warranty on our Q7. For almost three years during that time my sweet wife had to regularly bring the vehicle in for oil almost on a monthly basis to, “top it off.” No one bothered figuring out why the oil was burning. Soon after the warranty ended, they said it needed $10,000 in repairs, all of which should have been diagnosed years earlier and been covered under their (expensive) warranty. We brought this to their attention; they offered no relief. I’d never buy from this dealership. Their service team dropped the ball and their business practices leave much to be desired.
