Disappointing service department
Well I can’t speak to the dealership itself, I have been highly disappointed with their service department multiple times. This is the second time where we have had a service appointment, called ahead that morning to make sure there would be a courtesy shuttle to a location within 3 miles and then shown up and been told that we will not have a ride. The service technician, Bruce, did not even apologize and just said they did not have staff, even though I have called ahead and confirmed that morning. When you’re paying $800 for a service the least they could do a spring for a $10 Uber if they can not meet their promised services of a loaner vehicle or alternate transportation.
