STAY AWAY — Audi West Palm Beach turned a simple visit into an overcharge, a double‑charge, and a headache. I booked exactly what I needed: an oil change and a belt/supercharger noise inspection. That’s it. Once the car was in, the advisor re‑coded my visit as a 10K service—on a car that doesn’t even have 10,000 miles. When I called around after the fact, multiple nearby Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for the 10K package. Audi West Palm Beach? They rang me up for $1,300+, and with head‑scratching add‑ons and tax, the final hit was $1,703.09. The math did not add up, and nobody could explain it. Then came the worst part: payment games. They ran one of my cards and told me it didn’t go through, asked for another card, and charged that too. Both charges posted. Only because I caught it did they agree to refund one—which says everything about how this place operates. When I tried to get straight answers, the service manager was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t reconcile the invoice totals or tax on paper. And yes, they actually bragged they’re “the most expensive in the country.” That’s not premium service—that’s a massive red flag. I walked in ready to become a long‑term customer—do all my service here and even buy future cars. After this experience? Never again. In my opinion, the way this store handled my visit felt predatory: misrepresent the work requested, inflate the price, double‑charge, then stonewall when pressed on the numbers. Dates and amounts (for anyone who wants the receipts): Dec 13, 2025 — Appointment booked specifically for oil change + belt/supercharger inspection. Dec 15, 2025 — Two separate $1,703.09 charges processed on two different cards. Dec 17, 2025 — One of the charges refunded after I confronted them. Pricing check — Multiple local Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for 10K service; WPB billed $1,300+, then landed at $1,703.09 with questionable line items/tax. Bottom line: If you value transparency, fair pricing, and basic respect, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Audi West Palm Beach. Verify every line item if you’re already booked, and watch your statements like a hawk. For everyone else: save your time, protect your wallet, and go elsewhere.

The additional inspections you requested were completed, and no mechanical faults were found with the driveshaft; the noise concern was determined to be related to an aftermarket component not installed by Audi. Regarding pricing, our Service Management team reviewed your concerns following your visit and verified that our maintenance pricing was competitive within the market. As a goodwill gesture, an adjustment was made to address the difference you raised. We also sincerely apologize for the payment issue you experienced. A processing error resulted in one transaction appearing pending while a second payment was completed. Once this was identified, the duplicate charge was promptly refunded. We understand how concerning this can be and regret the inconvenience it caused. We take all feedback seriously, including your comments regarding communication during the follow-up discussion.
