These people were terrible and rude from the start. I came in there with my brother trying to get a new set of wheels, and the salesman was actually very friendly rare. The problem lies where the sales manager and finance manager lied to me since the minute they pulled our credit. We had a deal in writing and signed by audi finance and sales manager. They ran credit and got everything closed up. I said to manager me and my brother are on the way up please wait! we drive from far away. We'll after 1hr drive they left for day and wasted our time. They were no shows to close deal. Ive never heard of a finance and sales manager who do not wanna close a deal! THEY THINK THERE BETTER THEN YOU. FUNNY PART IS THERE NOT AT ALL!!! PROFILING CUSTOMERS IS CORRUPT. ( AUDI )ENJOYS CLOSING EARLY AND SHOPPING CREDIT. ILL FAST FORWARD I WAIT TILL TODAY TO FINALLY HERE THE BAIT AND SWITCH SLASH BLACKMAIL DEAL !! FINANCE MANAGER RAISED MY PRICE OVER $2500 and NOT HONORING ONLINE PRICING over a signed deal, by me and the General Sales manager. I call him on it, he says ill save you a thousand bucks if you buy gap, ceramic protection and glass protection. This is extortion and against the Law 💯 I said no I have an agreed deal and we ran credit for this agreement only. He said sorry you wont help me, I refuse to help you. He stated he will no longer keep his agreed price, he stated go somewhere else. I said fine and both me and my brother walked out with our cash. Audi Tampa tried to extort me and my brother. Then on top of it, a bait and switch with intent to commit fraud. People GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I THOUGHT THESE PEOPLE DID GOOD BUISNESS THERE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND MADE BY EMPLOYEES. !!
