Worst dealership ever. Our sales rep Ramon was so rude and nasty. We asked him to write down some numbers, so we could go home and think about it and decide between buying Mercedes ,Tesla or Audi. He became so nasty and said I cannot write down or discuss any numbers unless you're buying today. This kind of game and pressure will not take you anywhere Tampa Audi. You guys not only lost a customer tongue dealership but also to brand Audi. I will never step into another Audi dealership again.
Next day ,we went to Mercedes and had a great experience.They wrote down numbers for us, we did the test drive .Definitely a place where I would go back. There was no pressure, no games they gave us the number and told us to come back when we are ready

My experience with the Audi Tampa service was highly disappointing. I wonder if the Audi headquarters in Germany aware of this unsatisfactory service? I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have never had a better experience at a dealership. They accepted my offer over the phone, never tried to upsell me on anything, expertly handled my out of state change of registration and took care of returning my leased BMW. This is a great place to buy a car.
