Spent the day working on a deal on a car with John. We finalized a price on our trade in, worked out the financing and had everything finished. Scheduled an appointment to come in the next day to sign. Then they sold the car to someone else. Thanks John. Don't trust this dealership.

!!! WARNING !!! DO NOT purchase from this dealership. The shady way of business goes all the way up to management. Wayne Villao the CPO manager there brought me from bourse away to come for the Lexus I wanted and REFUSED TO HONOR WHAT HE HIMSELF put in writing! When bringing up the difference in the deal he became rude and said he was done with the conversation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASHY BAD BUSINESS.. if they cannot honor what a manager put in writing and then threaten to walk away and send you home hours away, he should be fired! ASAP!

I was looking for a good value on a slightly used, S5 Sportback. Found the car on Cars.com and reached out to Audi Stuart. Response was prompt and thorough. Within 2 weeks, the car was on my driveway in Michigan. My sales expert, Scott Rubenstein was knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and responsive.
It is worth noting here that I never saw my S5 in person until it was delivered, so my purchase was largely based on my interactions with Scott and other staff at Audi Stuart. I am extremely satisfied as to how everything worked out and would wholeheartedly recommend Scott and Audi Stuart to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Audi, even if from afar.
I love my new car; it was perfectly represented by the dealer and I am thankful for the honestly, diligence, and integrity from Scott and the staff at Audi Stuart.
