Walked into Pensacola Audi having never looked at an Audi before. I always had my heart set on a Mustang GT or Camaro SS. I looked at an S5 and was blown away. Went to the Ford dealer and wasn?t ever assisted by a sales rep. Was on the lot for 30 minutes. Finally went inside just to sit in a GT. It was so basic. Sales rep was condescending and dismissive after I asked a question. Walked out the door. Went to the Chevy dealer, the Camaro was basic. Drove back to the Audi dealer and asked to drive the S5. Fell in love with all the luxury upgrades. Dylan T, was excellent at teaching me about all the features on the car. Very patient, good natured and helpful. Best sales rep I?ve encountered in my lifetime. The dealership was impeccably clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. The purchase went smoothly, the delivery was top notch. I am beyond impressed and would recommend this brand and dealership to anyone who has never ventured away from an American Brand. You?ll be totally blown away.

I purchased a car from this company on a 09/01/2025 . On 09/5/2025 I started having issues with the 2012 Buick Verano . I called the company back to tell them the issues I'm experiencing . The company states there is nothing they can do . I spent 550.00 for wheel bearings on 09/9/2025 . I called them back to let them know I'm having more problems with the car and they state there is nothing they can do . I will never purchase another car from this company . If the car is not new don't purchase it . I understand as is however you have 30 days if something goes wrong , this company tells you that it passes their inspection they will not do anything to it . Don't purchase a car from here . Delon was very nice and very helpful.
