Damaged my tires hitting a curb. I purchased the additional tire protection from the dealer when I bought the car, but they denied this claim. My service assistant, Clayton, is the ONLY worthy thing about this dealership. Upper management does not stand behind their warranties and DOES NOT EVEN return calls or emails! Very frustrating when the Finance Manager and GM wash their hands completely of their customer once the original check is cashed! Useless management team.
