I have been taking my car to Audi Naples dealership for years and to date I have only to say that Andrew Sanchez is the best and most knowledgable person I have met there who knows my car better tan I do. I never question his advice because he?s always correct and above all, he?s trustworthy, friendly and reliable to have your car completed on time or per request.

Dorian Duran was simply the best.
Dorian Duran was simply the best. This young man has a bright future, personal knowledgeable and most important he listened as being in the business for over 20 years myself as a general manager I would hire him in a minute thank you. My experience was wonderful.

We have owned Audis since 2004, and currently own 2 A6s .
We have owned Audis since 2004, and currently own 2 A6s . Took our 2005 A6 to Naples Audi for 40K checkup. During the next 3 days. Our “service consultant”John Thompson, stated that car was complete.We subsequently made a 4 hr round trip only to find out that our car was not finished. Bottom line: 3 (4 hr) to the tune of $6100+. Information from “service consultant” was minimal, incorrect and required multiple inquiries. Poorest Audi dealer we have ever dealt with. Will not use this dealership AGAIN.
