Joe Mortillaro is an asset to Audi Lakeland. He was so kind and helpful and really went out of his way for us. Audi gave us the car at sticker which was unlike the Audi in Tampa. They wanted 20% over sticker. We have bought 9 cars in Tampa and they lost our business forever. Thank you to Audi Lakeland for excellent service.
