Be aware!
Be aware! Audi of Pembroke Pines (part of the Holman Group) will do anything to close a deal, including lying to get you to sign loan documents. After already having a bad experience in 2022 with the dealer and sales agent (Pasquale Stefanelli), I went back for a trade-in (thinking I had to return to the same dealership). I was extremely clear with Pasquale that my only concern—the one thing I cared about—was NOT to have any payments outside my new monthly car payment. I told them I wanted them to add all of my negative equity to the new loan. After hours of back and forth, they added almost $7,000 to the new deal due to missed payments and extra mileage. I agreed to this since it was my request. Pasquale even assured me that if I ever received anything from Audi Finance (such as a remaining balance), I should call him and the Sales Manager would "take care of it." To my surprise, six months later, I got a letter from Audi Finance telling me Audi of Pembroke Pines never paid for the excess mileage, and I now owed them $2,600. About a month after that—and after speaking to several people at Audi of PP (Pasquale never answered or returned my calls or texts)—the account went to collections. My credit dropped by 59 points, and no one is taking responsibility. Max Voytenkov in finance tried to fix the mess Pasquale created, but everything was already signed and Pasquale's promises were only verbal. This just goes to show that you should NOT TRUST ANYONE—and if you do, get it in writing before you end up like me. Horrible experience at this dealership and BAR REPUTATION TO HOLMAN. Go somewhere else!
