Clearwater Audi just continues to be outstanding in all areas and the service department is outstanding. I typically deal with Mandy who is in an elite class of support folks there and on a Black Friday to complicate things with no appointment and a significant tire issue Nick Triplet step in a made things happen. Feathered me in to the schedule, expedited the work so I could head out of town and simply put the “ customer “ first. This firm, this service team and in this case Nick make a difference every time and are exceptional.
