Pleasant car buying experience

Superior Experience
I have worked in the service industry for 30 years so I know exceptional service when I encounter it. Everyone at Hoffman of New London was professional, courteous, patient and accommodating. In addition, there was no pressure; the manager, Tony, kept saying they just wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my decision… I appreciated that. Robert the finance manager had a great sense of humor and Clint was very knowledgeable and walked me through the technology and all the bells and whistles on my gorgeous Q8. All in all, we had a superior experience and I highly recommend this dealership.
