TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and pre-paid service program is a scam. I called yesterday to make sure I'd prepaid for my service appointment today, and I was told yes, it was covered under the program I bought when I bought my Audi. So I get there at 7:15 this morning to be told that the program had expired because of my mileage and there was "nothing we can do" about the fact that even though I'd paid for the service already, they were going to charge me again. xx -- my money didn't expire. I'm sure if they'd wanted my business, they would've worked something out. This even after I told them I was looking to trade the car in and get a new one. I was going to wait till the end of the year, but I'm now so angry at this company and this brand, I'm getting rid of it ASAP. No way will I ever buy another. There are far too many other options in the luxury car market that offer much better customer service and a much better product than Auid. My money is going to someone who appreciates it.

As is often typical, good service up front but slow or annoying after sale service.

Bought an Audi here, and the finance manager was the least helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. No flexibility, no customer care, and definitely no respect. Even basic repair assistance or a gesture of good faith was flat-out ignored. Once your signature is on the paper, they’ll treat you like you no longer matter. A complete letdown from someone representing a premium brand. Watch out.
