Dropped off my vehicle a day before.
Dropped off my vehicle a day before. I was thinking it be ready by afternoon. But wasn’t ready till closing. Took a bit longer than expected but glad the car is running smooth. Didn’t like when they drove my car outside n parked it for me to enter. The driver was driving fast by the service building before he parked and gave me the keys. Disappointed in that. If they drive like that in the I wonder how they test drive there vehicles when working on it. My car runs great though. Thanks Audi Niello

$1500 labor charge for 2 hours my car was being serviced is ridiculous. I’ll be going elsewhere for service in the future.
