Audi Palo Alto

Well, I haven’t received my purchase order yet, my experience up to now has been great! Once things are finalized and I have the vehicle, I expect things will still be great! My sales rep Juan has been very helpful, and I think went above and beyond to help me.

Well, overall I believe Audi of Palo Alto sold me a good car for a competitive price, it was delivered clean and without any weird smells. Some points worth mentioning, they did not disclose the correct status of brakes, as new and complete brake job will be needed soon, also, they did not disclose all the scratches on the paint job and on top of it, they make you sign some dumb paint protection contract that only lasts 1 year for a lot of money, they said it was already on the car and that it was a condition to buy it, I haggled without results. It was my decision to buy it after all but, not disclosing that before I drove 130 miles to buy this car, was not a very transparent business practice in my opinion. Also, I did not get the wheel lock nut key for the car and even though I asked them for it, I was ignored; I was able to buy one myself eventually.

Got a great car at a great price. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend and buy from them again. Sid also like to recognize Khalid our sales rep. He was very professional.
