Even though we are in the world of COVID-19, the service dept. were very accommodating. At my request provided me with a choice of loaner cars. I chose a Q3, that was new. They conducted the service as usual in a first class manner and updated the maps software.
I have always been very happy with the service dept at this dealership for the last 10 years I have owned Audi's (which I purchased from them). This visit was equally as good standard.

Went in to looks at a used car and left with a new car that basically cost the same. Everyone was very helpful! I showed up just planing to look and so didn't have plans on how to get my car home and they kindly drove it 45 minutes to my home so that I didn't have to come back the next day!
