Vine a este lugar hacer un lease de un A5 Audi, me di cuenta que cuando estaba firmando el contrato todo lo que el manejador nos dijo eran mentira, me dijeron que el manteniento del carro estaba incluido y cual es mi sorpresa que tenia que hacerlo bajo mi responsabilidad, luego el de financiamiento lo manda a llamar y resulta que en unos minutos ya esta persona se habia ido del lugar y llega otra persona a decir que fue una equivocacion del manejador y se confundio y manda a llamar al vendedor, el vendedor estaba siguiendo el protocologo del manejador y el vendedor le dijo al del financiamiento que si el manejador nos dijo, el vendedor solo estaba siendo sincero y estaba apenado, luego me dijeron que el carro venia con navigation y me hicieron cita para el siguiente dia para actualizarlo y llego a la cita y resulta que no llego el vendedor para actualizarlo y sale una mujer a querer explicarme que el carro no viene con navigation ,y que la persona no llegaria ese dia a trabajar estaba en descanso. Pase un dia muy estresable con tantas mentiras que me dijeron. Yo les recomiendo que tengan cuidado por que yo hice todas las preguntas importantes y me respondieron con seguridad que todo lo que pregunte era lo que tendria y resulta que todo fue una mentira. Yo termine con un carro estresada y triste por lo que me hicieron a ellos no le importa por que ya lo vendieron y estan contentos con su venta y yo triste y infeliz con una deuda de un carro que segun traia todo un paquete completo y todo fue mentira. I came to this place to do a lease on an Audi A5, I realized that when I was signing the contract everything the manager told us was a lie, they told me that the maintenance of the car was included and what was my surprise that I had to do it under my responsibility, then the financing guy calls him and it turns out that in a few minutes this person was no longer in the office of the place and another person came to say that it was a mistake by the manager and he got confused and calls the sales representative, he was following the manager's protocol and the sales representative told the financing person that if the manager told us that it was included he couldn't lie because we were all together and I was asking the right questions, the sales representative was just being honest and was embarrassed, then they told me that the car came with navigation and they made me an appointment for the next day to update it and I arrive at the appointment and it turns out that the sales person did not arrive to update it and a woman comes out to want to explain to me that the car does not come with navigation, and that the person does not I would arrive at work that day. I had a very stressful day with so many lies that they told me. I recommend that you be careful because I asked all the important questions, and they answered me with certainty that everything I asked was what I would get, and it turns out that it was all a lie. I ended up with a car, stressed and sad about what they did to me. They don't care because they already sold it and they are happy with the sale and I was sad and unhappy with a debt for a car that supposedly had a complete package and it was all a lie.

We are writing this email to express our sincere gratitude for the way we were treated by the staff at Norwalk Audi. We purchased a Q5 after an extensive search for the exact car I wanted. Alex, Pier, Joe and Ghazal (in that order) were patient, knowledgeable, and very competent when answering questions about the vehicle. From the start, Alex was helpful in narrowing down our wants and needs, all while being professional and specially not pushy. Just facts and let the car do the talking. Next, we were introduced to Pier, who covered the car features and took us on a test drive. He was able to showcase the features we didn’t even know we wanted and most definitely enjoy. He covered the options available to us without hesitation all while being thorough. During a short break in the process, my husband and I ran into Joe, the Service Manager. He was also patient answering our questions such as, what types of service an Audi might need in comparison to a BMW (current vehicle). We got lucky since he is new to the dealership transferring in from managing the service department at BMW. He was able to relate to my questions, comments and the comparisons to my beamer. Last but not least, we met Ghazal in the Finance Department. She definitely knows her job. She made us feel at easy during the most stressful but exciting part of the process. Ghazal was friendly, courteous and above all professional. She took time to review the contract and other options in detail to make sure all was clear. My daughter purchased a new Q3 and they charged her $590

My daughter purchased a new Q3 and they charged her $590 for tiny plastic strip along door edges, calling it “Audi Guard” that no other dealer would ever charge more than $150 for. BEWARE of shopping here!
