Best experience with a dealership I have had. My salesman was friendly and easy to deal and negotiate with. We got a fair price on my purchase and trade in. Very happy with the whole experience.

Pit of SNAKES Today we picked up a reimbursement check
Pit of SNAKES Today we picked up a reimbursement check for a NEW Audi Q5e that they sold us that was legally determined to be a LEMON. It took 10 WEEKS filled with LIES, DECEIT, GHOSTING, MISINFORMATION and DISRESPECT. They denied the car had a problem and they were going to let my wife a DEFECTIVE car on a long distance trip. Both AudI corporate, the dealer and the parent company, Unbeatable Automotive Group knew the new the car was defective and did everything in their power to wiggle out of ending up owning a BRICK. We had to fight tooth and nail to get an appropriate reimbursement, although we received nothing for the way that they treated us. I will never buy another car from Mission Viejo Audi or any dealership owned by the Unbeatable Automotive Group. I suggest you be very very careful. This is a PIT of SNAKES... top to bottom.

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. The sales people and management lied to me when I was told a negotiation was final and I had successfully purchased a vehicle. When I went to send the money, they sent me a text (too scared or embarrassed to call me I guess) they sold the car out from under me to someone else. Total lack of integrity. I highly recommend not buying anything from this dishonest dealer!!
