I loved how fast the experience was, from the beginning when I was greeted outside by Val (Service Advisor) to the end when he sent an Uber to pick me up from home. Val was incredibly friendly and personable and he explained all the service options I had and gave me time to choose what I would like to do. I appreciate that they were not pushy or trying to convince me to do one service option over the other. Overall I loved my experience and will definitely return.

This was not a planned service because I had gotten a flat tire and this was the closest dealership. Valentine was extremely sympathetic to my situation and helpful. I also found out that one of my tires needed replacing because it was completely bald. He was able to find the tires I needed, but was gracious enough to fix the flat the same day even if it meant his people staying later to do so. He made sure to show me how to set the tire pressure if needed and was very transparent with everything. Valentine is the reason I would go back to this specific dealership if I needed service done again.
