I was looking for a new sport sedan last Saturday of 2025. And when I checked Audi Fremont I liked the S5 in blue they had. Unfortunately the sales representative did not want to make a deal. When I presented their own deals from website he said they don’t honor it for the model. Also he didn’t want to match the carvana trade in price. When I asked if he want to make a deal, he said “sure, but you tell me what you want”. And I clearly showed him I want the advertised deal. Anyway, he didn’t earn my business, other dealership did.

Extremely disappointing sales and after-sales experience I purchased a car from Audi Fremont with dent repair, new tires, and detailing included in the sales contract. When I called to confirm a drop-off time for the dent repair and was told I’d receive a callback once the tech’s ETA was known — no call ever came. I've called multiple times and repeated the same story to several different people, with no one taking ownership. The issue remains unresolved. It was no different when scheduling collection of the car, I called on four consecutive days, left messages, and heard nothing back until we finally got a message that the car was ready. We drove 25 miles to the dealership to find out that the car hadn’t been detailed, the tires hadn’t been replaced, and the dent repair hadn’t been completed—all part of the agreement. We wasted over four hours waiting at the dealership in the middle of our working day. The next day, we were told documents were missing signatures. Despite being in the middle of moving houses, Audi insisted the paperwork be signed immediately and drove to our location, ironically emphasizing that we stay by the phone so as not to waste their time. We were then handed a stack of documents to sign with no explanation or time to review. The whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I expected more from a brand like Audi.

This teams incompetence is second to none. i called to check on status of a user car. they said itd be ready for me at 130 pm. I arrived at 330 and it took them 20 minutes to find the car and then tell me it wasn't ready for viewing. they then called me on another day to tell me it was finally ready for me to look, then 15 minutes before my appointment, they call me and tell me nevermind we cant find the key and will call me when they find it. then I wait another day until I finally hear from them to let me know its ready. they've already wasted my time twice..I dont think I want to bother with them anymore.
