Let down with service department at Audi Calabasas

Friendly Service at first. Went to their department for rattling in my car, the car is one month old, service technician could hear the rattle on multiple occasions however they were not able to fix it, there is still a rattling and it is very frustrating to hear for a brand new car you waited 9 months to get. I was not told by anybody what I should do next. --- Update: I received the response from Mr. Frakes at Audi and have brought the car back, they were able to hear the noise and have set up an appointment next week to figure out what is going on. Thank you Mr. Frakes for staying on top of this... Update: They fixed 50% of the sound/rattling in the engine. I guess I can deal with it, but not ideal. They had the car for 3 weeks. There is now a breaking noise when i come to a complete stop, and then when I release the break. Once I go back for an oil change Ill show that to them. I hope this car is not a LEMON. Update (mid July): It has been a month, car is rattling 100% again, I am making a third appointment for this issue, last time they have the car for 3.5 weeks and could not fix it. Very very frustrated at this point. ***UPDATE JULY 19TH, They had the car for a few hours, head service technician agreed he can still hear the sound, said they may need to call in an out of state tech, or programming specialist. Then got a call 4 hours later, not sure if they did anything, and said come pick up the car, the rattle noise the tech hears is now considered "normal" for the 2022 Audi S5, they claim all 2022 S5s have this annoying rattle every day. Is this a standard response when something cannot be fixed? Brand new car you wait a year for rattles, something doesn't add up here. Called another Audi dealership and they claim they have never heard anything about the 2022 S5 rattling noise at all... very let down with this entire process here at Calabasas.

Top notch professionalism

Had a very weird experience as a rodent got under the hood of my car and caused damage, tripping all of the sensors. The service guys at Audi Calabasas were excellent, very communicative and took care of things easily for me. The entire process was super efficient and very easy. Highly recommend these guys.
