Audi Calabasas

My experience with Audi Calabasas was excellent. Ruben was my service advisor and the service was superb. I brought my car in for an oil change and software update. I also had an issue regarding a missing front license plate holder. When I arrived a few hours later to pick up my car, it was thoroughly cleaned, including the grime on the paint under the door and the front license plate was attached. Service with a smile. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Met Anna for my appointment on 3/1/25. She had the car ready for a test drive. To my surprise the car was filthy. During our test drive Anna couldn’t answer some basic questions on the comparisons of the various packages. I was really surprised but we all have good days and bad days. As much as Audi of Calabasas strives on quality and expectations of their vehicles and brand name I was extremely disappointed. The car was a good price and had low miles, so I still purchased the vehicle, regardless of the encounter. At this point not to my surprise the check engine light came on later the same night I bought the vehicle. When I spoke to Anna the next day, the response was very nonchalant. Who wouldn’t be concerned with a newly purchased vehicle with a check engine light on. I wouldn’t recommend Audi of Calabasas. The only good thing about Audi of Calabasas is Mehrad, the finance manager, Professional, pleasant and really knowledgeable.
