Today was a great day at KIA service dept. I was attended by Rus who cared for my Soul while it was getting washed. He is professional, polite, and attentive. He should be promoted to a upper position that further demonstrates his skills.

BE WARNED! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! My purchasing experience with Beyer Volvo was great until I drove off the lot. They have one of the most incompetent and glacial back-offices that I've ever witnessed. It has been 50 days since purchasing my new vehicle, and the DMV still hasn't even *received* my paperwork to issue title and tags. Not only are they slow, but my salesperson, Kal, and their Finance Manager (Ryan) and GM (Pete) have dodged my phone calls and emails since I purchased the vehicle, taking the situation from annoying to atrocious. I have retained counsel and will be filing a formal complaint with the MVDB, BBB and the State's Attorney General at the end of this week if we aren't able to sort things out. UPDATE 01/30/22: Beyer’s team has continued to provide poor service, and has made an already unacceptable situation even worse with their attitude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Once I finally got in touch with them, it was revealed that they still hadn’t sent my paperwork to the DMV - because they had not even asked for me to sign for POA. So, 50+ days after it should have been collected, they asked for power of attorney and insurance. They then fell off the grid again. I was not able to get in touch with their team for status updates till later in the week, and even then they refused to give me an idea of when the DMV would BEGIN processing my papers. So, we’re now ~2 months past purchase, nearly 30 days after my temp registration expired, and I still don’t have any idea when they’ll send title or registration to the DMV, let alone when those papers will be in my hands. Bottom line? STAY AWAY, there are better Volvo dealers all across the country. P.S. I strongly recommend checking out § 46.2-1542 of the Virginia State Code if you're still considering buying here. Know your rights and be prepared to retain an attorney.

UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND RUDE!

I rarely post a review of a company online but my experience with Beyer Volvo was so horrific that I view posting this review to be a customer service for the local community. To say that my experience with this dealership was awful is a huge understatement. To echo the sentiments expressed by other reviewers their actions were unconscionably dishonest with ZERO regard for ethical behavior or conducting themselves with a modicum of proper customer service or empathy. Most shockingly, this includes actions by their MANAGERS, who are shamefully arrogant, corrupt and deceitful. If you are foolish enough to waste your time even visiting Beyer Volvo (let alone giving them one cent of your hard earned money) and leave feeling you were treated like a piece of garbage don't say you weren't warned. AVOID BEYER VOLVO!!
