Just bought a Volvo certified 3-year old S60 with 34k
Just bought a Volvo certified 3-year old S60 with 34k miles. The car is still under both new car and certified car warranties. The salesperson was reasonable, that is the only reason it is a 2-star rating. Otherwise it is 1 or 0. The finance guy was actually a little upset after learning the car would be paid in cash, and he was so impatient that he left his office before me. Then came the worst part. When I took a long metro ride (1.5 hours) to pick up the car, one remote was missing and they could not fix it right away, the spare tire was missing and the compartment cover was not functioning. I had to drive a long way to go back to fix the issues. But it was very difficult to schedule an appointment, they kept telling me the earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks away. After many attempts and with the salesperson's help, finally got an appointment and wasted two hour drive and waited there for several hours to get the remote and spare tire. The other issues have not been fixed yet.

I am appalled at thw discrepancies in pricing qotes for FOB replacement costs. One sevice technician is, without a doubt ATTEMPTING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT I AM A FEMALE. When I find out his name,he and trainnee apparent-Dean, I will report immediately to CEO, BBB, Certified Volvo Service Technicians at Volvo USA. Shame on these 2 scheme thirsty entities!!!
