I purchased a pre-owned BMW.
I purchased a pre-owned BMW. Sales dept was very friendly, not pushy. It actually took me several days to decide and I did shop around but Principal Volvo was patient and worked with me. They value their customers and they were best able to meet my needs. I can highly recommend them!

Bait and switch tactics.
Bait and switch tactics. They are a volume dealership, so unless you know someone, they will not follow through with emails, responses, inputting information in the system correctly. Not just one sales person but multiple. Tried for 3 days to buy one car, I was coming a distance, but no one i mean no one except the AI computer would respond, give information, take a deposit or hold order. So after driving 1100 plus miles in the middle of the night find out it is sold. Great job sales team, and they knew it before I left and never called. Why oh ummm because the sales person chose not to. Zero respect for others time and money only looking for quick commission. Manager will write they are trying to contact you while your heading home to also try the bait and switch its from top down stay away.
