We all know how daunting purchasing a vehicle can be, I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle with Giles. Mark Parker helped me through the whole process, his excellent service, helping over the phone providing me with as much information as I requested before visiting their location. Thank you Mark for making it so easy and for making it a great experience! Ray Cox, you and your team are the example of friendliness, thank you for going through the details of my new vehicle, thank you. I also wanted to give a shout out to Joby Cox, who would have thought that signing all that paperwork could be fun? We laughed so much, really appreciated the laid back and friendly environment.
It has definitely been the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. You guys rock! Keep up the good work!

S60 in for its first SERVICE; 27 November
Since we moved my 90 year old mother in with us a couple of years ago, and because I am "an individual of a certain age," I was concerned about doing this, thanks to COVID-19. Something about having strangers in one's car...
Upon arriving at the prearranged date and time, I was surprised when the Service Department's garage door slowly opened as I approached. It was a pleasant surprise that Cathy had been expecting me and was approaching to greet me by name. Wow, that doesn't happen very often, regardless of the brand or cost of the vehicle! Good start.
Cathy proceeded to install plastic covers in the interior and used a handheld device to check the tires and wheels.
Ruben, the Service Manager then walked me through the process and was very professional throughout my stay, ensuring that I was satisfied with the services provided (I was).
Since I had prepaid the service, there was no closing transaction, other than to express my thanks.
The entire process took a little over an hour. A receipt was emailed to meet later that same day.
Ruben runs a good department and was very professional and courteous himself. The experience turned out to be a good one.
