Typical sleazy tactics of low level dealers. They accepted my offer but tried to simultaneously increase their fees to compensate. They insisted on an immediate deposit to secure a deal on their terms while pushing the "someone else is looking at that car now" xx. If they would have honored the agreed price and committed to having it ready for pickup, it would have been an easy cash sale. Instead they acted like the xxxx bags they really are.

I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership.
I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership. I was there getting a recall problem address on my new/used CX 40. Their waiting room is very nice and comes stocked with some yummy goodies. A nice knowable young man walk me around the lot as I asked him questions about new Volvo models. And the repair team was kind and very quick with the new software updates to my backup camera. Alas, I also had to buy a new key fob for my car, these are really too expensive! However, I know this price is set by their corporate overlords and not their fault. I like the team and will bring Dove (my lovely grey Volvo) back for her next service! Thanks Team Volvo!
