I purchased a pre-owned Volvo from a different
I purchased a pre-owned Volvo from a different dealership. I have made several attempts (5) through their website to obtain service information for scheduled service and other questions about my Volvo. They do not respond to emails, I don't understand why they offer email contact information if they do not respond. I will have to find an alternate service center since the next closest dealership is about an hour away from me. They don't represent the Volvo brand very well.
