I had a similar experience. I purchased the used BMW X3 car 2 weeks ago after driving 2 hours from my home and after signing the papers and post payment they told me that there was only one key. After driving back home I am seeing that the there has been some coolant leak and I had to refill the coolant every 3-4 days . I call them everyday and they say they will ask the manager to reach out to me but there was no luck till today. I am taking back the vehicle tomorrow . Let me see how they respond.

I bought a used car from this dealer in August. Before I went to see the car, I had asked over the phone and via email if anything was missing. The salesperson and the manager assured me nothing was missing. I went to the shop and paid for the car, and only after I completed the payment, did they tell me that there was just one key, the other key was lost. Had I known that there was just one key, I would not have come and paid the full price. After purchasing the car, I had to pay $300 for a new key. This dealer lied to me and you should stay away from it.
