Place is a xxxx hole, service department manager is an xxx, told them the transmission went in the car they insisted it was the motor but reassured we have the Best warranty from when the car was purchased, a month later car still isn’t fixed cuz they can’t work on it there it was supposed to get a reman transmission or new.. but now they are going to put a junkyard trans in and I have to pay 500$ for a used transmission, the warranty is only supposed to be 100$ but instead we payed 3200$ for a warranty that covers only 1400$ place is a scam, they can’t even work on the car had to send it to Nissan, I would never do business with these inconsiderate people I will be turning them into the better buisness burro DO NOT GO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Do not purchase the extended warranty program offered by Alan Byer Volvo. It turned out to be practically useless and very difficult to cancel. I purchased their extended warranty three years ago, and despite being told it could be used at any Volvo dealer, no other dealership accepted it. I requested to cancel the contract in May, and while the manager confirmed by email that it was canceled and a refund would be issued, I have not received any money. My follow-up emails have been ignored since then. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope others don’t go through the same situation.
