I have been a customer at Smythe for many years & have long trusted them to service my cars. Doug MacAdam is one of, if not, the best tech they have. Doug has gone above the norm to make sure my experience is always trouble free. I greatly appreciate how he treats me & I am sure all his customers. He returns my calls at the time he said he would, he is always prepared with the necessary information & answers about my car & always explains my situation in a way that a non-car guy like me can understand. Very grateful for that last one as I hate being talked down too by techs/mechanics. I wish I could give Doug more than 5 stars because he's that good !

My experience was good. I had to return in order to have a technician remove the Overdue for Maintenance notice from my dashboard.
